Some of my Kulture

This is some kombucha tea fermented from white tea and has a tiny bit of ginger in one of them. it seems like the ginger weakened on of the scobys and am not sure it turned out to well but the one only with white tea is pretty great. it has a bitter crispy Champagne like taste and grew a very healthy looking mother. now lets see how far i can spread this wealth and how far the mother will go before i mess up.
